- SMS & MMS Messages: The App reads, sends, and receives SMS and MMS so you can view, compose, and manage your text messages. The content of your messages is processed on your device.
- Contacts Information: We access your contacts to display contact names and photos in your conversations and to help you choose recipients when composing a message.
- Phone State Information: We access phone and SIM state to correctly handle incoming and outgoing messages and to select the SIM/account used for sending.
- Storage & Media Access: We access your device's media and storage to display, attach, or back up images and other media related to your messages.
- Device Information: Through third-party SDKs, we collect device-related data (hardware details, system settings) for crash reporting and performance improvements.
- Network and Internet Access: The app requires internet access to display ads and run analytics.
- Notification Access: We use notifications to alert you about new messages and important updates related to the app.
2. Data Storage and Security
All SMS/MMS message content, contacts, and related data are stored locally on your device (in your device's system messaging storage). We do not upload or store this data on external servers. However, anonymized app usage data collected by third-party services (like Firebase) may be processed on their servers.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. However, no data transmission or storage system can guarantee 100% security.

Our app requires the following permissions to provide a seamless experience while ensuring user privacy. We do not collect or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use AdMob to show ads in the app. It may collect data like device info, location (if allowed), and how you use the app to show better ads. You can manage ad settings in your device preferences.

Your messages and contacts are stored in your device's system storage and remain under your control. If you uninstall the App, locally stored app data is removed from your device; messages held in your device's system messaging storage follow your device's own settings. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their data retention policies.

The app does not directly use cookies. However, services like Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics may utilize cookies or similar identifiers to collect data. You can manage cookie preferences via your device or browser settings.

18. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions: We may offer subscriptions such as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans, with automatic recurring payments. Prices vary from country to country.
- In-App Purchases: We may offer in-app purchases such as remove-ads or premium-lifetime. Prices vary from country to country.
- Important Information for Users: When you purchase a subscription, the payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirming the purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal price will be shown. You can manage your subscription, including turning off auto-renew, by going to your Account Settings in the Google Play Store after completing your purchase. If a free trial is available and you subscribe before it ends, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited.
For any paid services, we work with trusted third-party payment processors (like Google Play Billing). We do not store or handle your card details. Payment information is handled securely by the payment processors following strict security standards set by PCI-DSS.
